Two great reviews of Complex Disorders
Tubefreeks was very happy to receive two excellent reviews of Complex Disorders from webzines Mario's Metal Mania and MusicScan. These folks can say whatever they want about bands, and have no idea who Tubefreeks are. Plus, our album coming in as an independent, non-major label record, it's ripe to get picked on. Needless to say we are very grateful to these folks for the kind words. We hope our friends will go to their sites to check out our review and others. It's a great way to find out about other cool bands!! Here are the links... Mario's Metal Mania and MusicScan. And you can read all of the reviews as well on our Reviews Page.

Details about 98 Rock Show!!
Tubefreeks is participating in 98 Rock’s Noise in the Basement program hosted by Matt Davis on Sunday, August 1st and Monday, August 2nd. For those of you not familiar with the program, Noise in the Basement offer local bands a chance to promote. On Sunday night, bands are invited into the 98 Rock studio where they are interviewed and the station plays a song from the band’s recordings. Then, on Monday, the band follows up with a live show in Baltimore.

There are 5 bands participating in the show: Tubefreeks, Detachment Theory , El Grande, Knives Out, and Rezin and the Monday gig is at The Quarter at Bourbon Street in downtown Baltimore. Tubefreeks goes on first at 8:00PM.

Of note is that because the host, Matt Davis, thinks it is such a strong bill, that he has received approval for 98 Rock to broadcast live from the Quarter on the night of Monday, August 2nd. So, Tubefreeks and the other bands will be heard live on 98 Rock that night!

We’re really trying to pull out all of the stops and bring as many friends as we can to the show to show a strong showing for the band. So, if there’s any way you can make it, please come! The club asks bands to sell advance tickets (they are $5.00) and you can buy them right through our site with a credit card, or hook up with any of the band members if you prefer to pay cash. Please let all of your friends know too!! It’s going to be a crazy night as there is also a national show next door at Bourbon Street and Matt Davis said they are probably going to open the doors between the two clubs (like the old Hammerjacks set up).

Please come out and support us!! We greatly appreciate it!! To buy tickets, click here to go to our shows page. .
